I truly find comfort by reading & studying my Bible, the first thing when I get up in the a.m. I have found that it helps me tremendously in getting through the day. Really – scripture, and talking with God, will truly lift your spirits. My only problem now is stopping. I’m reluctant to put God’s Word down.

As did Jesus, I spend at least 2 or 3 hours with God, early in the morning and throughout the day. God tells me stuff & I tell Him stuff – but the most fun is when He surprises me with (you might say) a “joke” – or something like that. There are other bits of things He has done that makes me smile (And I tell Him so). God has given me knowledge and wisdom, when for years I was told I was “retarded” (no kidding) – the King James packs into your brain the connective neurons quickly.

I’ve seen this also happen to a child I knew from about 3 years ago, who likewise was told he was learning disabled, failing in school (a troubled kid, etc.) and when I gave him a King James Bible, within a year he was making some “A”s & “B”s in school and behavior improved. Before, he could hardly read and had very little comprehension, but every time I studied the Bible with him, I could see his reading skills were going up. I believe he had been a “crack baby.”

This also happened to his learning challenged grandmother, I still occasionally have Bible study with (she uses the King James, as well) – God is the only way she can get through the day. She has learned a lot and is on fire for God, passing out “Great Controversy,” * [1]

I’m not against using “some” of the other versions of the Bible – But I look at them more as “Bible Commentaries.” Nowadays, you have to be extra careful about some of the newer versions that came out since the 1900’s. If it is a question of doctrine, you MUST use the King James Version as the final authority.

The King James Bible has an anointing upon it. It has been touched by God, because of all the blood spilled by martyrs over its pages. It seems like a special spirit attends it’s every word. I recommend this exceptional book to all those who suffer from depression, loneliness, fear, anxiety or anything else this world may throw at you.

This Bible is cheaper than a psychiatrist (sometimes free) and certainly is available 24/7 (in case of emergencies, “break open” its pages!). It won’t betray you – or try to put you in a looney bin, nor will it look down its nose at you. But beware — it will most definitely change you. May God bless all who read it.
There are a plethora of beautiful photos, with great prose or pithy sayings engraved upon them. Beware “the wolf in sheep’s clothing” – HERE ARE SOME OF THEIR SUBTLE QUOTES:

“There is a light which cannot ever be extinguished. It is inside of you. It is you. Let your light so shine upon the world that the world will know Who You Really Are — and its people will know why they really are as well, through the light of your example. The darkness of our world awaits you — not to engulf you, but to be transformed by you. During this Season of the Light, be its Source for all those who search for Joy”
—Neale Donald Walsch

[SO, what is wrong with the quote above? PLEASE LOOK CAREFULLY]

Q: sounds good, right? WRONG. what is the subtle error within this seemingly delightful, full of “light” message? [Believe me, this is not being picky or a jerk. This is serious stuff]
A: Hint: it is IN this sentence – “there is a light which cannot ever be extinguished. It is inside of you. It is you…”.

A: HAVE YOU FIGURED IT OUT? Here is another HINT: “there is a light which cannot ever be extinguished… It is you…”.

ANSWER: (“there is a light… It is you…”). God “ONLY hath immortality, dwelling in the LIGHT which no man can approach unto…” (1 Timothy 6:16).

ANSWER (con’t): The “light” is NEVER you. It is God IN you. Your “light…can…be extinguished..” because you are “mortal” – you can die. ONLY SOMEDAY, right before Jesus comes, ONLY then this “mortal must put on immortality” (1 Corinthians 15:53)

(no harm was intended upon the writer of this beautiful prose. He may not even realize what he is doing)

Do NOT think this is JUST a SMALL matter! LOOK, at how SUBTLE Lucifer was in his trap he set for Eve.

what God ACTUALLY said in Genesis 2:16-17 “And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.”

of words Lucifer had inserted into Eve’s powerful intellect (she was no dummy – and neither is God’s highest angel ever created — Lucifer).

Genesis 3:
1″Now the serpent was more subtle than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?
2 And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden:
3 But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.
4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:
5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.
6 And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.
7 And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons.

I hope you can figure out all the TWIST and TURNS Satan had managed to deliver in this poetic, and short address to Eve. IF NOT, just contact me and I will be happy to assist.

ONE HINT: the erroneous doctrine regarding “the state of the dead,” sprung up from this first noxious seed planted by Lucifer in God’s Garden. AND there were MANY other doctrines affected by this one encounter.

I inserted another seemingly harmless word picture above. Did you catch its lie?

How can so many people be misled by these subtle lies? Because of the many English translations since the early 1900’s. ONLY the King James has the unique ability to entirely translate itself. No other Bible has this gift… to this extent.

If you do not understand that particular word (or passage) that you are reading, then read the complete verse, or chapter. You will find (usually) that the next sentence will explain the previous sentence. If you still find that you are not satisfied, then read the entire chapter. If you wish further clarification of a word or sentence, then buy a “Strong’s Concordance” – I find that the “Blue Letter Bible” website has at your fingertips all the resources you need to study the King James Bible. * [2]

The KJV is its own ANTIDOTE * [3]
for ignorance, because of the way God has structured the books. Originally, the Bible had none of the other divisions – Nevertheless, God had placed the order of the books, when the Bible was compiled. So it’s important to read through the entire “book” that you wish to study, and then, study the divisions within that “book.”

God must have had a hand in the other divisions that came later – the sentences, verses, and chapters, because of His love for raw numbers. I can usually see correlations of those numbers in these divisions, with the text that is read.

What IS God is saying to you in just ONE verse, by looking up all the references in its margins. Look up where the same word is used elsewhere in the Bible. Then, go to Strong’s Concordance, and only use other sources as a last result.

it is helpful if you were to look up the original Hebrew or Greek meaning (besides where the other words are located in the Bible). This is the reference numbers beside each word. Make sure that you look up the reference number in the correct section of Strong’s.

IF it’s in the Old Testament, then it’s a Hebrew word.
IF the New Testament, then it’s a Greek word.

* [3] It is an interesting fact, that the way God designed the KJV (that the definition of a passage, is usually placed in the following passage) is also how God works in nature.
HOW SO?! Wherever you are, if you brush against poison ivy, there is generally an antidote growing in the same area. This is true of the other poisons in nature.
