How Old the Universe… (a continuation) Part 1

How Old the Universe –
Much less, the Earth!?
Part 1

We are to base what we say, not on how we may “feel,” but on the word of God. In Matthew 4:4 Jesus directly quoted Deuteronomy 8:3, when He countered the devil’s arguments, with “It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.”

Jesus never said, “what saith the experts.”

Eve was drawn in to trust her “feelings” and to say how she felt about What God told Adam, instead of what God actually told Adam (compare Genesis 2:16,17 and 3:3).

Jesus warned of Last day skeptics, as in “the days of Noah” (Matthew 24:37-39).

Theistic Evolution makes God a liar, when in Genesis 1:31 “…God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good…”. TE says that man evolves out from eons of death and suffering and pain.

TE says, there was nothing, then “Bang” nothing created everything! What?! God said there was nothing, then “Bang, I created everything”

Romans 3:4 says, “…let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged.”

This text states that God’s word is above man’s theories, and that you can only be “justified” in your “sayings,” when you quote God, rather than man, in order that you “might overcome [your faults & sins] when you art judged” by God.

If you rely on fickle man to base your theology, you are most likely to come up to the judgment bar, and be found just short of salvation.

And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.

ALL SCRIPTURE is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works” (2Timothy 3:15-17)

So it is better to not lean on the arm of man:

“Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from evil” Prov.3:5-7

TE presupposes that death preceded sin, and that death and time is man’s creator. That is, this Earth is built upon a graveyard of bones – and out of death, comes life, whose ancestors were goo and slime.

Whereas God had said in Romans 6:23, that the “wages of sin is death” and that “…by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned [For] “…death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam’s transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come.

“Therefore as by the offence of one [Adam, then] judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one [Jesus, then] the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life. For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.” (Romans 5:12-14,18-19).

TE takes away the power of Jesus to save, because that would mean He has allowed death, pain and suffering to go on for millions of years. Creation scientists have proven that the Earth would be one giant graveyard, if that was the case.

Just about every TE theory has been proven to be false and indeed, untenable, in the face of statistical facts, not theories. All any scientist can do is look at the evidence and theorize what happened in the past – this is not empirical evidence, for none of us were there to observe – including the evolutionist. So, the evolutionist are merely developing theories that they have placed their “faith” in believing.

The evolution scientist will look at dinosaur bones buried in silt or mud in large numbers and say millions of years. Though some have been found to still have intact, skin and flexible blood vessels, with blood cells still visible. [1]

The creation scientist then will see this same evidence, read the account of a cataclysmic flood in the Bible, and say catastrophic and quick mass burial sites.

This is in keeping with what nature proves – that when something dies, it is either quickly eaten, or if left on its own, will eventually rot and turn to dust (that IS empirical/observable evidence). [2]

The exception is a quick burial, which will fossilize anything pretty quickly, under certain conditions. There have been cowboy boots found with a fossilized leg inside, and many other strange and bazaar modern fossils. [3]

Creation scientist are not infallible, so there are some mistakes still to be worked out. Yet, facts are facts and the evolution walls are crumbling, as the figures continue to roll in as a Tsunami.

There are many theories that the evolutionist are quickly scrambling to alter, in order to keep up with the massive influx of “knowledge” proving a very recent creation model! We are living in the days of Daniel 12:4. These are exciting times.
For you guys out there who “follow” or “like” last week’s “Post” – well, I’ve got to do this follow-up in pieces. I wish I could just plop it all out there, but that would do an injustice to everyone reading.

I hope you have the patience to stick it out. There is some serious, hair-raising controversial stuff that will be showing up real soon – so hang in there, you guys!

Please “like”/hate, “comment,” “follow” or don’t “follow” 😀 – but let me know what you think, and I promise I won’t get mad at any serious, honest replies. I might get sad 😦 but not mad :-/

I don’t get my feelings hurt (very easily) and just ❤ it, when someone even notices that I “Post” (not to mention that they actually “read” what I post!) 🙂

Let me know your thoughts….

  1. I believe you have done and said many good things here. The word of God has withstood the challenges of science for so long, and it always will. Your support of evidence in this post is a testament to your faith, and is backed up well by scripture.

    Good job!

    1. Wow – Praise God. As a chid, I was told I would never finish school, because of my learning disabilities. Yet, God gave me a will to prove them wrong. As a result I developed good study skills, a determination to find answers through deep research, understanding how language works and utilizing conventional and unconventional learning methods.

As a result, I graduated high school with 3 extra credits than I needed, and had gone on to college, taking 18 hours of tough subjects (chemistry & lab, Anatomy & Physiology & lab, German, Theology, Logic, English, Public Speaking, etc). I aced just about every one – even singed out by my teachers as an example for others to follow, until an event changed the direction of my course.

I stopped believing in my faith, though God remained with me. I still talked to Him, but most of the time I was angry with Him – not about my life, but how I disapproved of the way I thought God was.

Yet, when I learned the truth about God, a light bulb went off & a lot of things have become clear to me. I see God as this most wonderful Being. I would like for everyone to see God the way I see Him. The Bible makes it so clear – if we were only willing to invest even half the amount of time, that we do on useless pursuits.
God bless you & your ministry

      1. What a great story, Marion! Thank you for pointing out a couple of things which are true with God. One He never leaves nor forsakes us. Next, He makes everything possible for His children.

And lastly, Heis patient with us even when we may not be with Him! We all have had our “moments” of lapse. But if we will just look at things, we can see God works all things together for good for His own.

        Great reply…thank you so much!

  2. God bless you and your ministry. Thanks for your comments & encouragement. You have no idea how your comments have helped me. Pray for me. I was invited to an Health Fair to set up a table concerning the FREE services I offer the blind when I visit with them. I have it all ready to go for tomorrow & I need for you to pray that its a success. And that I will be able to help many of the blind in that area. Thanks again. Hope to hear from you again 🙂
