Election, Election…Who’s Fairest of Them All?🔮

Election, Election (on my Blog Wall?) – “Who is the Fairest of Them All”
Said the wicked witch in her jealousy towards “Snow White” —

so… What is the Biblical Perspective on this Election?

imageI love ALL my Relatives, “Friends” and/or Acquaintances.
Their views are many, and sometimes very loudly stated.
Yet, our goal is to prove the Biblical Viewpoint.

I’m not here to argue these other points. We ALL need to
VOTE what the Spirit/conscience tells us.
Here is the Biblical Perspective, to
THOSE who want to know
WHY we Need to Vote.
We NEED to Vote?
That’s Right, we…
Must VOTE!?
SO, Vote!
Please

NOTE:
The “Comment” below is taken from my lovely friend’s Post, who has informative posts ALL the time, but none of us are perfect, including (& especially) myself. Yet, It just so happens I agree (more) with the writer of the following “comment.”

Phil Kulis [Replying to Post Commentator]
Where does it say they asked for a “leader”??? Why do you change scripture to suit yourself? Just like every miracle of God is unique, so is this selection we now face.

This is one of the functions of our form of government. It is the responsibility of the people especially Christians of this nation to choose. Like it or not our choice is between two candidates.

Jesus is King of kings, and Lord of lords. He’s not on the ballot for POTUS because that would be a demotion. And not making a choice in this election is abdication of our stewardship.

Do you think it’s a matter if the “lesser of two evils”? Then why would any Christian select a greater evil??? Or allow the greater evil to win???

Which candidate supports Israel?

Which candidate supports Christianity?

Which candidate is opposed to the globalist open-border one-world Nimrod Tower-of-Babel government?

This is also about Supreme Court appointments. Think about that.

This is the most important election in the history of the United States. It will have a major impact on the future of the world.

And yes, we are in the end times, and no we don’t know when Jesus is coming back. So until He does we are to be good stewards of the blessed nation we are fortunate to live in and not allow our fellow servants to be beaten and abused. We have a responsibility especially as Christians to not equivocate, which is by definition “lukewarmness.” Inability to find perfection is no excuse to equivocate. Which among us is perfect?

“Who then is the faithful and wise servant, whom his master made ruler over his household, to give them food in due season? Blessed is that servant whom his master, when He comes, will find him so doing.”
Matt 24:45-46

Yes, Jesus is our King and Master, and we are servants made rulers over His household. Those who are in teaching positions who equivocate and teach others to equivocate will be held to a higher degree of accountability.

Then I wrote to above:

Thank you Phil,
I may want to copy & use your words in a post.
Is that ok? I will reference your name, as well.

Also, I’ve always liked this quote from
Proverbs 21:1,

“The king’s heart is in the hand of the LORD, as the rivers of water: He turneth it whithersoever He will.”

Then there’s Nebuchadnezzar’s conversion in Daniel 4. Before that, he was a rash king who was willing to kill off all his wise men at one time, simply because they could not tell him his dream (thank God).

Yet, this king was used by God. As well a future king (of Media & Persia) ruling in Babylon’s territory, was instrumental in freeing the Israelites & helping them rebuild their temple (see “Darius” in Daniel 6 and Ezra & Nehemiah).

[added note: Dan. 2:12; 5:30-31; Ezra 6:1-5; Neh. 2:1-8,17-18]

Phil said,
Marion, be my guest.

I then wrote back saying,
Phil Kulis,
I’ve been thinking how to approach this subject &

you’ve done a great job of putting those thoughts in words

I will also add:
•Jesus admonished us, “render unto Caesar” (Matt.22:19-22)
•Paul warned, government is put in place by God &
needs to be respected as such:

“Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is
no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.
Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the
ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive
to themselves damnation….” (Romans 13:1-7)
